These guys were terrific. Due to a malfunctioning truck we had to delay load out for 1.5 hours. They had to leave and come back later. They rolled with it and accommodated the request. I do hope that U-Haul will pay them for their time. wasted earlier.

AJ and Marciano saved the day! I had ordered unloading help through another company. They did not arrive the day they were booked to help. Five Star sent out these two gentlemen. They were efficient, respectful with my items and polite.. I saved their number and will use them for any future moves. I
