Direct communication to confirm the time for move was not clear . I didn’t know if they were going to show up at all .

Upon arriving at my final destination, I discovered that the movers didn’t use the blankets I provided to protect my furniture during transport. Therefore, I have multiple pieces of furniture that have scratches on them and 3 pieces of furniture that have black tire marks on them from the dolly that was used to move the furniture. Although they were friendly, they didn’t treat my furniture with care resulting in multiple scratches etc.

Jay and his helpers were very curtious! That loaded our furniture we needed to go on the truck in the time a lot and we had heavy furniture. We will use them again for our second load!

Jose and Raul of Jay's Careful Movers were a blessing! They were accommodating to arriving earlier than scheduled, due to earlier arrival. The gentlemen arrived prompt, prepared, and moved quickly, yet cautiously. I would highly recommend this company, and if needed will hire again. We truly got lucky coming across them through renting our moving truck.
