Total rip-off!!! Called me the morning to meet for my unload and never showed up!!! They asked for the payment code from me during the call and I gave to them thinking it was for authorization, not knowing that’s how they get paid! So stole $95 from me without any call or email to make it right!

The company never showed up. Never called, did not return texts, when I called, the phone would go straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. They stole my money. I would NOT RECOMMEND! This company will have you sue for a refund as they do not answer the phone nor respond to emails or texts. HO

Just the simple fact they went a hr and a half over with another customer to us having to reschedule the next day because U-Haul was closing by the time they were on their way. They hit my chest on a step and there is damage. They were professional, nice and time efficient.
