They arrived an hour and half late. One guy stalled the whole time running his mouth instead of doing the job at hand. They clearly don’t know the basics of how to load a truck properly. Several of my belongings got damaged. A move that should have taken 3-4 hours ended up taking 7 and costs twice as much as the quote. There was one gentleman who arrived to help and he did a great job. He was focused and moved quickly and was very personable. I made this same move a year ago and it took two guys three hours. With 4 men, it took 7 hours and I kept getting excuses as to why it was taking so long.

Very poor packing job. When our belongings arrived at our destination there were many items damaged, scratched, and completely broken. We asked for furniture pads to be used on wood items and our nightstands were placed face down with no protection on the floor of the trailer. One desk and shelf completely broken. Numerous bins and boxes crushed due to not stacking properly. Too many damaged items to count. Very disappointing experience.

We had three guys to load our truck in 2 hours. They worked very hard and finished in that time. They were very careful with our belongings and managed to get everything in the truck. They were professional and followed all of our instructions. Would recommend them.
