I wanted to validate that I would be billed for the hours worked. The mover dismissed my concern and showed no interest in being paid fairly for the hours worked (2 hours total).

They did a great job moving my stuff efficiently and carefully. However, they showed up almost an hour late after requesting an early start time. I would recommend them, but be aware that the timing is variable.
