Didn't have a truck reserved, which is their responsibility. Lack of communication was absurd. I dislike being negative but this was an absolute nightmare and more difficult than it ever needed to be.

I just want to inform you that JG moving and storage did a great job yesterday. Jamal was very reasonable and a wonderful help. He did not give any problems at all. I would recommend his moving services to anyone, including the Governors of Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well. He did not break anything as well. He was just perfect.
