It started off great! They were (somewhat) careful with our belongings and were able to get them to the box in a reasonable time frame. However, once we provided them with the payment code and it wasn’t working, they threatened to hold our box until UHaul released their payment. The payment had already passed on my credit card and I couldn’t do anything. They threatened to go to the cops to get their payment, demanding that we pay them cash (on top of the payment that was already provided to UHaul for their services). We had to rush to UHaul to ensure that they would not take our UBox. It was explained to them multiple times that they had an issue on their side and that we had done what we were supposed to do. They did not care, they were asking to be paid right now and being our Box anyways to the cops. Would definitely NOT recommend going with this company!! Might be cheap but definitely not worth the headache they brought us!!!

Dedicated Drivers International was very accommodating, we initially booked for July 15th but had to change to the 14th as he already had a job for the morning of July 15th and we would not have been available for the afternoon. Dedicated Drivers International agreed to the change. We were very pleased with the service.

Professional and clear communication from the company. He gave good tips to ensure that Uhaul was clear with the delivery timeline. Delivered my Ubox efficiently and safely. He also went above and beyond when unloading the boxes and furniture to my apartment. I could not thank him enough for his help when off loading the box.
