The two movers never showed up. I had to call time and time again. Two others were supposed to come help. Only one arrived but left when he learned that i wasn’t going to pay him cash

Unfortunately, the service did not fully meet my expectations due to inexperienced handling, which resulted in visible dents on the front doors of my refrigerator. To address this issue, I reached out to the company seeking for some monetary compensation to cover the cost of repairing the fridge. I am still waiting to hear back from them.

Not professional. Young students with no experience. After an hour I decided to let them go and finish by myself. This was extremely expensive given. They were NOT professional.

The two movers that were sent were poorly trained. They struggled with almost every task. Instead of lifting the furniture, they were dragging things throughout the house, breaking my child’s bed and scratching it all up, as well as the floor. They also stole my son’s AirPods, even though we were kind enough to drop them to the metro after they were done, since they had no ride. After we discovered the AirPods were stolen, I informed the owner of this, as well as the damages within 24hrs of the move. He was pretending to be agreeable and helpful at first but then days later tried to retract everything we had agreed upon and blame me and my family instead for everything that happened. He agreed to give me a refund for the services and then called back 5 mins later changing his mind and saying he felt that I was making things up to get a refund (although I have pictures and map screenshots of the damages and the stolen AirPods that we were tracking). Overall it was a NIGHTMARE.
