Great experience. Very careful not to hit walls, very polite. Offered to help move bigger items after everything was loaded in before they left. The movers were very proactive when they discovered that there was a huge tear in the side of my UVox Container that had damaged some items inside, they immediately called their boss who called U-Haul and had a claim started right away as it want their fault but someone at the storage facility in Richmond.

The guys who did my loading & unloading were nice and good at fitting things in. But my msin critique is that not enough furniture pads were used between furniture items to prevent rubbing, paint transfer and gouges. I rented 60 blankets and not even half were used. Getting possessions moved undamaged is the whole point otherwise people wouldn’t bother keeping things. One antique table had too much weight piled on it and the legs broke into about 8 pieces. That was a miscalculation. I already tipped my movers generously.

Arturo & Enzo were just fantastic! They showed up on time, ready to work until the job was complete. They were courteous, helpful and made the unloading go so quickly. Consistently excellent work from Arthur and Joao. We have been packing and having them help us pack and fill up portable storage boxes and they are truly there to help you and give 110 percent every time they show up.
