They’re awesome, called the day before to get things planned, showed up on time, and was done loading and unloading within the two hours. 10 out of 10 would use them again.

Colton and Jennifer were absolutely fantastic - and they really helped us out in a bind! Through no fault of theirs we encountered a scheduling snafu... Colton gave up most of his Sunday and jumped into action to get our job done. In the process, great care was taken to protect furniture, corners, and doors. And he even made this 'older guy' feel strong when I jumped in to help carry a couple of things! We have another moving phase coming up and we'll absolutely connect with Handy Hyena to do the heavy lifting, loading, and organizing! 5-Stars across the board!

Contacted via call and text message. I requested they coordinate with my wife. Wife was not contacted until the day before move. Schedule was for 2 movers (6 hrs) and 2 packers (5 hrs) and only 1 of each showed up. 1 person could not move a gun safe (paid extra) nor a couch. So I helped out more than I wanted. With a morning start time, the only 2 people showed up 11. Instead of an expected end time of 2pm, the guy said we will just double the hours. I had no choice I was on a tight schedule. My wife was furious that rooms were not loaded in an organized manner and nothing was being packed (what we were paying for). The packer (a small female) kept getting pulled to help load. They drug the washer and dryer scratching the floor end to end. By the time it hit 8;30pm, my wife and I were exhausted and ended up leaving for our hotel room. Our son who stayed at the house for the loading said they called it quits by 9;40pm. They didn’t pack the dishes! NOT HAPPY
