The movers were scheduled to arrive at 10AM but did not arrive until after 1PM. I texted and called the manager of the company multiple times (when he would respond) throughout the morning and was met with many excuses as to why the movers were so late. The manager was rude and did not validate my frustrations. My partner and I chose to load the truck with what we could carry while we waited for the movers, essentially doing part of the job we paid for. When the movers finally arrived they were kind but unfortunately their tardiness and manager ruined this experience for us. I would not recommend hiring this moving company.

The guys were great overall! Felt like they were taking care of my furniture and everything was smooth aside from one scratch on the wall. Communication could have been improved though as I didn’t get confirmation they were coming until a day or two before the move and I had already made alternative backup plans. Three guys showed up instead of two so that was a plus!

I hired this company through U-Haul Moving Help for a move from Union City to Buford. They completed the move, and I paid for additional hours beyond the original booking plus a tip. I also paid extra for bed disassembly. During the move, my son’s bed was damaged because it was not taken apart properly. The movers acknowledged the damage and offered to return and fix it at no charge. About 2 weeks later, when it was time for my next move, they waited until the day before to tell me Buford was outside their service area and that an additional fee might apply. This was surprising because they had already moved me there and knew the location. My issue is not the fee. It’s the poor communication and failure to follow through. The bed was never repaired, and I ultimately had to fix it myself and make other arrangements with less than 24 hour’s notice. Very disappointing experience.
