Contracted for 6 hours of work beginning in the morning. Received a message stating after they took the job and my payment, they would be there in the late afternoon causing a delay in the entire moving process. Further, when asking about the details of my move and how many trips everything would take, they stated that I only receive one trip. When informed the movers of the time that I paid for, they told me that they do not have to complete six hours worth of work and only complete one trip. This required my parents (who have disabilities) to help me finish moving my items despite paying for 6 hours worth of labor and the movers only completing 4. Was pressured into giving payment code before services were fully completed.
