Helping Hands

These guys did not know how to pack a truck. There was so much room in the middle of the truck that could have been used for boxes. They did not cover the furniture unless told. They just started throwing stuff in at the end. It all started falling out when the truck doir was opened. They also do not know what FRAGILE on boxes means. I pray my stuff isn't broken and scratched to heck. One boy wanted to stand around and talk mostly. Nice kids, but, not good movers. I would NOT recommend this company, and, we have moved alot, and used many moving companies. This is the first time I ever felt compelled to write a review.

Made up fees like a stair fee and a furniture disassemble fee, when I contacted uhaul they said the fees violated their terms of service, the movers didn't care and still demanded more money. Super dishonest and they do a terrible job at the same time.

They moved slow as slugs. They did not know how to move anything. Did not know how to use a doly. No pep in their step. Took extra breaks. If you want a couple of 20 year olds who have never moved anything before and will milk every minute, use this company.
