They unloaded everything off of the truck as stated, however I needed assistance with putting furniture together, to which they agreed to do, and none of that was done. They also did not ask where furniture went once in the rooms and everything was haphazardly placed. It was a lot of work to organize everything since nothing was in the correct place inside the rooms.
