TLDR - arrived late, left early, did not complete job, and happily pocketed the money. Robin showed up with a senior who had difficulty carrying heavy items. Needless to say, the loading took more time than needed. After loading for three hours besides a fifteen minute lunch break, Robin said their time would run out by the time they got to new house and opted to collect his money and leave me with a truck full of stuff to unload on my own. When we spoke on the phone, I had asked about the possibility of extending and he had been ok with it - on the day, he claimed he was booked on another job and couldn’t extend. True to the name, did a bit of lifting and loading - nothing at all by way of unloading. Added a whole bunch of stress to an already difficult day by ditching the unloading. Save your money and effort; hire another mover. Recommend Coraza Movers - they showed up on time and unloaded in 45 minutes what Robin took 3 hours to load. No thanks, lift and load yourself.
