Chris and his helper loaded our 28-ft ABF trailer for our move to WI. Chris was friendly and clearly a very hard worker, but the way the trailer was packed caused significant damage. When it arrived, items had shifted so badly against the bulkheads that things were literally falling out as we removed them. We offered 20 brand-new straps for securing the load, but none were used. The last third of the trailer appeared rushed, with heavy items stacked on top while large empty spaces below were left unfilled. As a result, our outdoor storage cabinet collapsed after hundreds of pounds of boxes and an e-bike were stacked on it, and an office desk and storage stand were completely destroyed after being placed on the bottom with heavy boxes on top. Those three items alone were worth about $1,000, and much of our other furniture has minor damage. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend them for long-distance moves.

These guys did a fantastic job and helped get the move done in time for us to make it to an event we had to attend. They even have good advice on how to ensure we got the U Haul we needed and verified information for pickup so things went smoothly.

I cannot say enough good things. The team arrived and quickly assessed and created a plan. As a huge Tetris lover, I was curious to see how they would put everything in the truck. I’m happy to report I think I found my match for the Tetris Master title. Everything was kept clean, secure, mindfulness given to box labels. Highly recommend!
