I don't know if the description was shared of what we were doing or not, but we were trying to move a couple appliances including a refrigerator. The guys were really nice and tried but weren't prepared and it was a little bit of a struggle. Our door needed the door removed and ultimately we didn't get the refrigerator in the house and one of the items that was really heavy was left in the yard and my elderly father and I had to finish moving it in the house, They had to leave because they had another job, but I wasn't aware that was left in the yard until after they left. luckily I had rented an appliance dolly so we were able to move it. I think this company is great for moving furniture and household good, they were careful and very nice, not able to move big heavy items.

This company was extremely unprofessional. The person who said they would be moving my items told me they were on the way for an hour but was not the same person who showed up to help me move. The movers who were sent to help me arrived an hour after their scheduled time AND asked me how they would be paid. They did do a good job loading my items. After they completed the load they wanted to hold my truck hostage until they were paid. I called their boss and he promised them they would be paid in an hour. I gave the movers my number to follow up with them in case they weren't paid. They later called to confirm the person who hired them did not pay and blocked them from continuing to call or text him.
