Phone conversation with a Mary & Brothers representative the day before the move was not passed on to the actual moving crew. This caused the actual moving crew to be over an hour late for the move start. Result of this was that nearly half of the 26' trck was loaded prior to the moving crew arrival.

The movers were very professional and efficient. We were very disorganized for the move, but they helped the situation by doing a great job of selecting the order of items moved to the truck. This really made a difference!

This moving crew is FANTASTIC! They handled all of our furniture with incredible care and professionalism from start to finish. The standout was the female team member—she was absolutely brilliant. She communicated exceptionally well with both us and her team, kept everything organized, and directed where every item should go. We honestly didn't think all of our belongings would fit in the truck, but she somehow made it happen. She utilized every inch of space, finding the perfect item to fit every opening. It was amazing to watch her skills. She was clearly the leader of the crew, confidently and respectfully directing the two men and keeping everything running smoothly. Since our move wasn't local, we had a different company unload our belongings at the destination. The difference was night and day. We honestly wished we could have taken this crew with us because they were that good. By far the best moving experience we've had, and we have moved A LOT! We highly recommend them!

Overall, appreciated the service. For getting the job done quickly and being professional they did great. Communicated with traffic on the way to us and very friendly during unloading. However, felt it was a little too rushed and that things could have been brought in slightly more graceful.
