We have moved many times, all apartments with similar set up and configuration, this is the first time it took more than 2 hours, this one did. I think if the gentlemen had the proper equipment, they may have been able to move more items at one time, eliminating some trips up and down steps. They were very polite and helpful. Took great care with the items and made sure no damage was done. Thank you.
