Started late due to movers going to the wrong location for ubox pickup. Movers were not interested in packing things in a systematic way. Mattress bags were ripped. Boxes were stacked on soft goods and we had to ask them to repack when stacks fell over. The job got finished but the services did not feel all that professional.

This was the most positive moving experience! The guys were in communication with me by text since I first requested the service for my ubox being moved. They checked in regularly leading up to the move date. Then when uhaul needed to change our date, these guys were extremely flexible and made it easy for us to change the date. They delivered the ubox to our building exactly when they said they would, providing updates by text about the arrival time, and they acted in a very professional and helpful manner throughout. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they unloaded the entire ubox. Very hard-working guys. I would highly recommend Mirage Movers for any future move.
