Non-responsive to questions and follow-up. Talked poorly about Uhaul on multiple occasions. Presented as disgruntled with situation and directed it towards customer. Will not use again.

We were ready to use two pods but preferred to make it all fit in one. The movers Eric and the others called us the night before to confirm and were professional and came on time and got everything packed into one pod in less than the time expected. They were awesome!
