Have you ever ordered something to only realize later you needed something else to help you? Well, when it comes to moving, you might hire moving labor for loading or unloading and then realize you’d like the provider to remove your junk. Thanks to Moving Help®, you can do that now with the Moving Help Customer Invoicing Tool.
Customers and Service Providers can help each other with the customer invoice tool by completing additional services that weren’t originally included. You’ll also learn what can’t be used for a customer invoice.
What Is the Moving Help Customer Invoice Tool?
The Customer Invoicing Tool allows customers to pay Moving Help Service Providers for additional services during their move.
For example, you might book loading or unloading help. After unloading your items, you might have some junk you want removed. With the Moving Help customer invoicing tool, you and your Service Provider can work together to pay for the service and get the service completed.
You can use the customer invoicing tool for the following options:
- Junk removal
- Furniture disassembly
- Furniture assembly
- Specialty item

- Hot tub
- Other
When Can I Get an Invoice?
A Service Provider can send you an invoice on the day of your scheduled job. It’ll be available up to 24 hours after job completion.
Invoice requests will be available for up to 48 hours once received. Customer invoices don’t have discounts or premiums. The price you see that the provider sent is the price you’ll pay.
You can approve, deny, or let an invoice expire.

How Do I Pay for a Moving Help Invoice?
Customers can pay for invoices using any payment type. Only one invoice can be sent for a customer’s review. All jobs can only have two invoices per job.
Your invoice will be in either USD or CAD depending on your Service Provider and location. A customer in Raleigh will pay USD, while Toronto will pay CAD.
Why Do I Need a Customer Invoice?
You might not need a customer invoice for every single moving job. It’ll depend on your circumstances, however.
People forget they have something difficult to move.
You also might decide later that you want extra additional help for certain services.
You also might have an item that doesn’t qualify as a piano or gun safe.
As always, you’re in charge of your move. Just because you receive a customer invoice, it doesn’t mean you have to automatically accept it.
You should’ve discussed the service and the cost needed to perform that service before you receive an invoice, that way you can quickly accept the invoice.
This customer invoice is a great way to get all the items or services you can get outside of our standard labor-only moving services that’ll count as additional charges.
