Daniel was nice enough but his helper was not much help (Hunter). Several pieces of my furniture were damaged and my couch was filthy because they drug it on the sidewalk. The sleeper sofa was heavy, but I am a 58 year old woman and can at least lift it off of the ground. I am only paying them, because I care not to go through your stupid process to refuse funds. I would like to be rid of them. I will not use them again nor will I advise anyone else to. I gave them a cash tip, not knowing of all of the damage they left behind. I am frankly baffled at how it could have happened. They might as well have thrown it down the stairs. Done with these people. DON'T USE THEM.
