They completed the move (unloading a pod) within the timeframe allotted. However, they did arrive three hours late only explaining that morning that they could not find someone to help, which cut into our time. They did offer a third person and one extra hour at no extra charge (neither was needed). The movers were hard-working and polite, however; they were inexperienced and needed much guidance (two of them had never done a move before). I appreciated that the lead person did take initiative to unwrap furniture for us. I would have preferred two experienced movers for the normal time allotted. I was under the impression that we were getting one of the veteran-owners shown in the photograph (very capable-looking men.) They offered the move for free but I felt like the young men worked hard.

James was so nice, communicated super efficiently. Both movers for this job organized my boxes and furniture in the uHaul perfectly so that I could unload everything easily. Took them like 30 minutes to move one bedroom worth of stuff down 1 flight of stairs. Would totally recommend them to any friends who need a good moving crew.
