Ed's helper had a terrible attitude. He backtalked to Ed and made me feel super uncomfortable. He babbled about people disrespecting him. He was insubordinate! We tipped Ed and he split it with his grumbling helper. Ed was a dream to work with. We'd call him back in a heartbeat!

Worth every penney!! The day of my appointment it was 45 degrees and pouring rain, I was so afraid they would cancel but they assured me that the weather was no issue for them. They loaded up everything in 2 hours in the pouring cold rain from my third floor apartment, while also protecting my belongings from the weather. They were great at communicating and answered all my questions before the appointment. They are a little higher in price than other services, but they are totally worth it! The owner was so friendly and customer orientated also.
