Movers came late once on location Juan and worker in the car for additional 30 minutes before they began to work . Juan became combative when I would not send him a cash app payment for $90 than $95 after I already paid him. He demanded and stood over me wanting me to give him 5 stars on his review he invaded my privacy and his worker broke some of my items. I would never use this company again. Juan became combative invading my privacy again after he demanded more money. Additional worker’s I had with me helped arrange the truck Juan rearranged the truck and my stuff would not Juan refused to put the truck back in the original order so my items would fit on truck. Communication was very difficult Juan is deaf his worker attempted to talk to him so the job would be done Juan brushed his worker off in an unprofessional manner. My workers had to work extra hard to fix his mess up he refused to fix. Never use this company Uhaul need them off their site extortion especially to women.

Juan and his helper were fantastic. They handled everything with care and listen to me how I wanted it packed. So thank you it made life so easy! They were on time and completed the job to our complete satisfaction! Excellent and would recommend highly! We will use them again!
