I paid to have 2 mean for 2 hours from JTI to help unload a moving truck. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to change the time for their arrival twice. The company was very accommodating. When the truck never arrived I asked that they come the next day. The gentleman I spoke with said he'd try to get someone there but wasn't sure what time. As the morning wore on I was not getting communications. The truck was emptied. Since I had already paid I contacted the company and asked if they had professional assemblers that they could send instead of unloading help. I was told yes. I received a call late in the day. I asked if the men were professional assemblers and said if not, don't come. They said yes and two mean finally showed up. Clearly they did not have experience. Each one started a bookcase with 2 drawers. 2 hours later I had half assembled items that were wobbly & had to be rebuilt. I sent a text to the the owner the next day which was ignored. Sorry I gave the code.
