Showed a man short ,left early, left before truck was unloaded, lazy, broke items, and scratched the hell out of new floor. Terrible and costly experience!!!

First off they showed up 2 hours late, they smelled like weed. We payed for 3 hours and they were only here for 2. They didn't load all the heavy furniture in the one load like they said they could. They took apart my china hutch to get the glass shelf out and said they would put it back together at the new place. I had to ask them to put it back together and have them unwrap my self and it ended up breaking during the move. They said they would refund us for the cost to replace the glass shelf. We been trying to get ahold of them for a few days now to get refunded and no one is answering or calling us back. The app was deceiving when hiring them because we didn't realize that we paid for one load and unload so they could only do one load or we pay 200 more for more hours and another load and unload even though they didn't stay for the full 3 hours. I appreciate the help they did do but it could have been better without breaking my stuff.

They broke my TV, night stand, head board, bed frame, and lamp. Showed up 3 hours late to my load, and 5 hours late to my unload. Texted me to 'grow tf up'. Extremely unprofessional and careless. Do not book with Shawn. He will waste your time and break your property and be completely unapologetic. I would rather have paid someone $2,000 than ever deal with him again. The excuses were endless. A sorry excuse for a 'company'.
