Horrible experience. From start to finish, the experience was unacceptable. Several pieces of furniture were scratched and damaged, including a $1,500 bedframe and a custom Jeep bed that I had to completely redo and repaint because of their carelessness and lack of securing items in the truck. They even threw things, like a cooler, into the truck, which later fell from the top just from pulling out of the driveway. To make matters worse, the manager was caught vaping in our bathroom, which required a professional cleaner to help get the smell out to ensure the house was ready for it's final walk through the following day. There was absolutely no professionalism, no respect for our home, and no regard for our belongings. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

Gabriel and Logan were prompt and professional. We had a huge truck to unload into small storage spaces. They took good care of our belongings and made the most of the space we had, and we fit it all in! They worked through the afternoon in the heat wave and did a fantastic job. I can't thank them enough.

I was fully prepared to leave a 4 star review(reason at the end). Im giving 5 stars because Gabriel had the awareness to make sure a flash drive of family photos was not lost. Those are memories that could have been gone, but we get to cherish them again. For that reason I'm eternally grateful. The team we had was paid to pack and load. However, they needed a little more direction than I'd hope, even for loading at times. Admittedly, our job might not be a typical job, but at times I would have liked to have seen a bit more focus and urgency.
