What’s most important to me is where they fell short. I care about how my belongings are loaded and that they aren’t thrown around like junk. My items were treated poorly. My bookshelf was stepped on causing the backing to come off (I can see the foot prints) my clothes were thrown everywhere. The packing wasn’t secure. I’ve moved many many times and did not have these issues. I wish they would’ve treated my belongings how they would treat their own stuff. I did not go out to the truck while they were loading because I was bringing things down from upstairs so they could be loaded. I appreciate their kindness and quickness but not how my items were packed.

Deervalley Professionals did an amazing job moving my belongings to my third floor apartment. They were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Also, my puppy absolutely adored them and enjoyed the attention. I would recommend them to anyone in need of moving help!
