George lied. The delivery was supposed to be between 9 and 10am. At 10 30 when we had not heard anything we called and he said they had to go to warehouse for pick up and there was lots of traffic. 11 30am called again and George said his guys were 15 minutes away. 12 30pm called Uhaul and they said the pick up at the warehouse was not until 11 55am so George lied all morning. So the pick up was 11 55 yet George and his helper did not show up until after 2pm. George was dishonest and ruined the rest of the plans we had for today. He straight up lied. Will not recommend him or his business to anyone. Dishonesty has no place anywhere and especially running a business. Bad experience all the way around.

I have a living room table that I told them not to put anything on top of and he piled 3 heavy boxes on top of it ruining the table. They used no furniture pads and a chair arrived stained and dresser had scratches. Horrible all around

Moving crew was one guy and one lady. Showed up with a tiny hand truck and had to use my personal one. Rushed the job and wouldn't let me tell them how i wanted some of the furniture brought in. As a result, the lady was unable to hold up her end of the loveseat, dropped it at my entrance resulting in 600 bucks worth of tile damage and considerable stress. Reached out to owner of Company twice and he never responded. Terrible experience with no support from MovingHelp, and no apparent vetting of their selected providers. Will never use UHaul for this kind of service again, including the move I have planned in a year.

I was sent two men and a woman. The man with the mustache and the woman were fine. The second man with rotten teeth complained the entire time. Complained every time something was heavy. At one point I was literally like i carried this piece of furniture up to my room, you can take it back down, I’m a woman. They were also careless with my stuff and got stains on my expensive bed frame. I would choose someone else next time.
