This was really a bad experience. The original ones couldn’t do the time so uhaul assist with this company and I would not recommend them . They were so unprofessional and ruined my mattress. They also Took the dolly that was in the U-Haul without asking me. when I already had my own dolly provided. so that I would’nt noticed they took the green zip tie and tied to my dolly wheels without saying. Dirtied my mattress that was in a mattress bed and didn’t say anything. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of people items. I would not recommend. During the whole process as I am on the phone working, I can hear them scream. That’s a lot of shit like that’s the reason why I hired help because it’s a lot of stuff. That’s what you’re here to do.

This company came to help me load my U-Haul with things from both my apartment and my daughter’s apartment (in the same complex). It was the day after Thanksgiving and a Friday. And so as you can, imagine, people weren’t running on time which put the guys behind time. They communicated with me and apologize. I let them know no problem. They were here right at the new time on the same day. They were quick and efficient and kind and polite. And honestly, it was the best packed U-Haul I have ever had anyone help with. I was so impressed.
