The lead person was rude and didn't like taking instructions from me. He caught an attitude when I told him to wrap my furniture up to ensure that it wouldn't get scathed. The workers were lazy and were not moving swiftly.

Nice guys, but my wife said their Tetris and space optimization skills lacked for a moving biz. She ended up having to redo and re-tetris items so we could get our much downsized 1 bd into a 6'x12' trailer. We didn't bring living room furniture and only 1 queen bed, so it shouldn't have been such a tight squeeze.
