This day had its challenges for sure. We traveled cross country to get this process started meaning we had already spent a lot of $$$. The day of our move was stressful enough considering our scheduled mover All Around Moving neglected to inform us that they canceled on the day of the move and we ended up camping at Public Storage for 7 hours waiting for a reply from All Around Moving while we had to reach out for helper to get another moving helper. Robert from Moving Help was assertive in making sure that we received prompt service considering the circumstances we were experiencing. Cameron from Moving Express accepted the order promptly and was very professional and helpful during our moving process. In addition, he handled an issue regarding U-Haul's U-Box because they did not give him the correct box and made certain we received the correct U-Box ready for shipment. I would highly recommend Cameron from Moving Express at any giving request for their services. TU Robert & Cameron!!

I booked Moving Express for my elderly and disabled parents. Moving Express workers met them at their home, as requested, to unload the U-Haul my parents drove. I scheduled 2 workers for 3 hours for $209.97. My parents arrived 1 day earlier than anticipated and Moving Express agreed they could come today (5-3-24) instead of tomorrow (5-4-24) like originally scheduled. The workers unloaded the U-haul, working for 2.5 hours total. My father gave them a $30 tip ($15 each). The workers left for 15 mins., then returned because 1 worker forgot their wallet. Upon returning, they told my dad that he had used the wrong pronoun for 1 of them. My dad called them guys, not knowing one was female. Neither of my parents could tell. The two workers then told my father that he didn't give them a good enough tip. So my dad gave them $20 more. An internet search shows $5 per mover per hour worked is a solid baseline. 2.5 hrs x $5 is $12.50 per person. To say a tip is not good is unprofessional.
