Excellent experience. Movers arrived on time, and quickly got to work. Very clean and respectful of our home. Wrapped furniture pieces thoroughly and loaded U-Box container very efficiently. Ensured we were satisfied before they left. Highly recommend Helix!

I waited from 1.30 PM until 6 PM to start the moving. After I waited for more than 2 hours, the company only informed me they were about 1 hour away from me. After that, the communication was poor, and I had to wait until the evening for a service I requested in the early afternoon. Also, the job took longer than expected. The helpers who came were great and did an outstanding job, and they deserve 5 stars. However, the company needs to improve its management and communications. It wasn't the helpers' fault, but the company's.
