365 Moving

365 Moving was terrible pretty much across the board - unprofessional, damaged lots of stuff, and wasted lots of space in the boxes. Hayve was rude and difficult to get ahold of leading up to the move. On the day he was supposed to deliver and load up the U-boxes, he texted me a few times telling me he was on the way, but then didn't show up until over 3 hours past the window he originally gave me (so late that the U-boxes had to be left outside of U-haul over night because it was closed). I found out that he lied to me regarding his excuses for being late. Hayve's team of helpers were friendly, but clearly many of them were inexperienced and did not follow instructions from us regarding specific items which caused many items to be broken. Even the unloaders on the other end said we should file a complaint because of how poorly the uboxes had been loaded. Any money saved from their low costs will be spent on replacing all of the things they will cause to break by their work.

I would’ve appreciated more communication with all the delays caused my U-Haul. But the overall actual service and labor was satisfactory.

This is the mover to use. After my other mover was a no show, 365 Movers was able to come the same day. He was extremely efficient, and provided great packing and care to my belongings. He fit everything in my ubox extremely well! He went above and beyond - would highly recommend!
