We are a team of self contractors that enjoy helping others in their time of need. We make moving as simple as possible you pack up and we load or unload for you! We have open availability for any day of the week and also work with short notice. Were not just movers feel free to book for odd jobs too! such as just moving heavy things or throwing out furniture.
To be fair the actual services were good but wanted to let people know about the refund problems. Due to some U-Haul issues the movers were overpaid and refuse to refund the money!

Our 5 U-boxes from U-haul were delivered by MovingHelp. Alan Renteria, the driver, reached out via email & text several days ahead. He was very responsive and was extremely helpful. 1st, the U-haul app wasn't working so I couldn't upload pics of where place the U-boxes. He went above and beyond and found a picture on Google maps and we figured it out. Then there was miscommunication with U-haul themselves. We were told that we could have the U-boxes on our property for the amount of time we needed, the monthly rental fee would continue while we had them. Found out that Moving Help delivers the U-boxes on trailers and the trailers can't be kept. I started to panic, but Alan worked with his manager and made it so we could keep them up to a week if we needed. Then the last trailer had something wrong with it so he couldn't drop it and leave it, so he actually helped unload the u-box so he could take it back that night. We couldn't have done this without all of Alan's help.

I thought I was hiring professionals who would know how to properly load a U Box. The owner and supervisor whined about the heat the entire time, even though he didn't do a lot of heavy lifting. His workers came from Craigslist. My U Boxes haven't arrived yet; I don't know how much has been damaged. I'm dreading their arrival. I was supposed to move on July 7. I'm not sure what happened between this mover and U Haul but I really don't appreciate that my move was delayed a day and a half by the people who were hired to make sure it went off without a hitch. This was a very disappointing experience. I wish I had spent the extra $300 to get real professional movers and not part time gig hunters who really didn't care about my things, even though they were being paid to care. I also don't like how he wanted to be paid in cash for a third U Box that U Haul and movinghelp.com couldn't coordinate between their software. I can't believe this review site is asking for a tip for the helpers.
