A move that should’ve been completed within a few hours took 2 days! Would not recommend this company. They were hired to move 2 uboxes and delayed the move when they realized they couldn’t haul both at the same time. They delayed the move so much that when they picked up the first box, the facility would be closed by the time they unloaded and returned for the second. I tried communicating with them but many of my calls and texts went unanswered or they’d tell me they were on the way but I wouldn’t hear back for hours, only to learn they hadn’t even picked up the box yet. If they’d started on time, the start time was set by them, the job could’ve been completed in hours instead of two separate days. Once they arrived, they worked in a rushed manner with no regard for care of the furniture, hitting doors and walls. Would not recommend.

Overall, they were very quick and efficient. The young men helping the main person dropped a few boxes, some of which contained fragile items, when they brought them to the storage locker. Paid 4 hours for less 2 hours of work because the job included loading and unloading.

It was really hot today and the movers didn't complain at all even when the metal to the ubox ramp was too hot to touch.
