We hired this crew based on their reviews, which were misleading. They do NOT know how to move furniture! All the large furniture was DAMAGED in the move. They did not use the furniture dolly for large pieces or furniture pads to protect.They put dressers, desks, TV consoles etc., on a box utility cart WITHOUT any padding, so the top edges of every piece of furniture were GOUGED! They manhandled the carts so not only was my furniture destroyed, the door trim in my house now needs repair. I am just sick over the damage. An expensive dresser that survived 4 previous moves up and down stairs and across the country unscathed is a wreck! We hired them for six hours and they delivered one load of furniture. We let them go after 4 hours and finished the job ourselves! This crew is strong and efficient and would be great for moving boxes and anything that you don't worry about damage. But large or nice furniture-beware!

We just needed help moving a couch from our MIL apartment to ours and put in a last minute ask for help. They were able to met our short timeframe, communicated clearly and arrived early for our appointment. They made the process extremely easy and we are very thankful. Will be keeping this company on hand for recommendations and future moves.

Upfront communication was good although they asked me 3 separate times what content were we moving, which I found inefficient. When it came to arriving on time, which they did, as the morning move took much longer than forecasted, only one gentleman, Malcolm showed up and he worked hard, efficiently & in a very friendly manner. We were happy with his work yet found it sad that he was doing the work alone. Malcolm definitely went above and beyond, and wanted to do what was required, which we very much appreciated. He is a good person. We provided a cash tip to Malcolm so no additional tip all be added here.
