Communication was very good and they were quick and efficient. Overall they did a good job. I do think sometimes in general most all movers I've ever had move just a little TOO fast where they aren't taking full care to make sure they aren't hitting or nicking things, but again I haven't found one yet where this doesn't happen on some level. Overall I was satisfied with the experience and appreciate that they communicated and were on time so have no prob recommending.
