The job date was rescheduled from 5-10 to 5-13, but wasn’t able to unload until 5-13. There was a huge issue with the trailer being parked at the first Public Storage facility on Speedway facility. So my household goods could not be unloaded. The crew was extremely patient & their supervisor sent them to another job. The crew that arrived a few minutes late the next day at a new storage facility spent 15 minutes on the phone with their supervisor before working a total of 45 minutes. The ABF driver parked the trailer too close to 2 pylons protecting a fire hydrant so the trailer doors weren’t able to open all the way & the ramp could not be put in place. They explained that only light items could be removed because they couldn’t use the ramp to unload heavier items. Only about 1 foot of a 28 ft trailer was unloaded. They didn’t conserve space in the 10 ft by 10 ft storage unit. After an hour they stopped working & demanded the payoff code & the job was not completed.

These movers scheduled to move me at 7am on Saturday. The movers said they overbooked themselves and were five (5) hours late. Once they arrived and loaded one UBox, it took them two (2) hours to arrive with the second box - even though the UHaul location was only 15 min away from my home. Once they came with the second box, with a different group of movers than before, they damaged my dresser and dismantled my bed frame after specifically instructing them not too. When I called the manager asking for ETA - I was forwarded to voicemail 15 times. I have left voicemails and heard nothing back from the management. Will not recommend this company again.

The 2 man crew picked up our reserved UBox at the store and delivered it to load on time. They were professional and friendly. One slight drawback was they had no tools. We wanted to disassemble a bed frame the tools we had on hand didn’t work. We put it in the box assembled. Not ideal but it fit. I would hire them again.
