Was sent two inexperienced helpers. Had to constantly motivate workers to actually do anything. Workers left to load the storage locker unsupervised, everything was just tossed into a pile in the middle of the locker. No regard for item care or storage space available. Helpers also dropped and broke a bookcase completely destroying it. When contacting the company for cost recovery it was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I was refused an actual company receipt for reimbursement with company letterhead. The company initially refused to cover the bookcase claiming it was in-transit damage, when I watch the destruction happen in front of me. I received partial coverage of the cost of replacement after threatening to withhold the payment code from them. Worst customer service I have had in a long time. I let fired the workers and let them go early. I would strongly discourage the use of this service and highly recommend using someone else. Will never use this service again.

The movers were TERRIBLE in every aspect -- Slow, lazy, inexperienced, untrained and feeble (not saying this to be mean). They had no idea what they were doing and it took them about 3 times how long it would take experienced movers. We had to go back for a 2nd load but sent the guys home and did it ourself. Every time we weren't paying attention they stopped working and would be on their phone or standing around. They didn't understand English properly either and it was a major communication barrier. If i could rate them worse i would, but 1 star is the minimum. As for the company, it's mind boggling how they can send 2 inexperienced working to a job together without any training. It seems obvious that a new worker should be paired with an experienced worker for training. They should honestly have their contract with Moving Help terminated. The 2 guys were so green that they didn't even know to lift with their legs instead of the back... that should be part of training 101 right?

Movers worked at very slow pace. I would often check on them and find them standing around doing nothing. After the original 2 hours, they requested an extra hour, which I paid but disagreed was necessary. Then they requested another hour but I declined and did it myself in 15 mins.
