The movers were due by 10am. I got a mesaage at 10;15 saying they were running late and they arrived 5 minutes later. The movers appeared less experienced than some I have used, but were very responsive to helping direction and worked hard. They were friendly, eager, and helpful with a good attitude and customer service focus.

Good communication leading up to the move. The two men showed up on time and successfully moved all my 1 bedroom apartment within the two hour window. I think some of the items could have been loaded a bit better as I had to move some after to help with weight distribution, but overall, I am pleased with the service.

Communication before and on the day of the move were excellent. Fairly efficient, but took longer than anticipated to meet at the new location to unload. The workers packed the u-haul full, but some items were dented due to how they were stacked. 2 chest freezers were stacked on top of each other creating dents in the freezer on the bottom. Blankets were not used, but for the dents, they would probably not have helped. The mini fridge was also dented on the front from the tight packing. Overall the service was good, but the dents could have been prevented by not stacking the items as they were stacked.

The movers that showed up were incredibly slow. In the first 45 min the only thing that was moved was a single tv. The rest of that time was spent rearranging the stuff we had already loaded into truck from our storage locker. One of the guys was working hard the other had no idea what he was doing. In two hours all that was moved was a few boxes and my mattress and boxspring. Very disappointed. Used a different crew to unload in Calgary and they got the work done and were cheaper!

The two guys stayed at the place after I gave them the wrong address. Super helpful and got the job done really quick. His English wasn't 100 percent but he did repeat himself politely and I did understand. I would definitely hire them again.
