Movers were fast and careful. We had them load 2 U-boxes. They seemed to really care about our belongings, and asked questions when they weren't sure about an item. Friendly and professional, and very quick! They were delayed arriving (we were their second job of the day), and it was hard to get an accurate time of when they would come. We had to phone to find out they were delayed. Other than that, everything went off without a hitch!

Two movers from Joggers moving came to load the Ubox. Unfortunately they were late by 1.5 hours, but once they got to work they were able to get everything done quickly even though uhaul did not provide them with dollys for moving. Overall they were good, just wish they were on time.

The movers made an attempt to charge me significantly more than the agreed-upon estimate. I had made a reservation through the Moving Help website providing all necessary details including the number of stairs for unloading. Yet upon their arrival the movers insisted on additional charges for the stairs. Even though I explained that the Moving Help price already covered everything they persisted with various false justifications to dispute the website accuracy. They requested an extra 500 dollars. Upon contacting Moving Help customer service I learned that the reasons cited by the movers were completely invalid and that they were not authorized to impose additional charges at all. Moreover the movers were not on time. Despite agreeing to a 2 pm arrival they showed up at 6 pm resulting in an incomplete unloading. The next day they were late again this time they were late for 4 hours. Overall i do not recommend getting service from them.
