Movers were unorganized thus taking longer than the 2 hours they were booked for. We repeatedly asked them to leave the boxes aside and move the furniture in. They wouldn't do it again resulting in extra time. All the had to do was leave the boxes at the elevator and we would take them up ourselves We requested extra manpower to complete the move which was provided but it should not have taken 3 hours with 4 people.
