They were great as when container arrived, the lock was not mine & there was a plate screwed across the door that wasn't on there after loaded in Mississauga. It was assumed the wrong container was loaded. I went back to U-Haul facility with them and the paperwork on side of box, under the plastic cover said it was mine. I paid $50 to have the lock cut off and it was my belongings inside. Returned to residence, they unloaded and I pulled the manifest out of the plastic pocket and there was the key! The key said U HAUL on it, so the lock was obviously changed at the Milton facility in Ontario and no correspondence to advise anyone! The movers allowed me to go back to Port Moody facility with them to return box. I advise them of the lack of communication error and gave them the key. I received a refund for removing lock previously. This wasted almost 2 hours of these movers time and they were so pleasant and accommodating. Definitely would use they again.

Ez Helpers did an amazing job unloading my ubox, as tightly packed as it was! Communicating with them in order to make changes for the time was also great. I would definitely use their services again!
