The phone number on the U-haul website was wrong so I couldn't communicate to confirm. I sent an email to the address listed with no response. We had our U-Haul truck ready to go on the day of the move and no helpers were in sight. To be fair, the number they had to reach us was the office number and since the office was closed, phones were not being answered. Fortunately, I was in the office and saw a number that contained the same area code of the number I had and answered. Thankfully, they were still able to come. They gave us an estimated time of arrival of 1 hour, we waited for 2. The weather was somewhat of a factor but I had to call them to get an updated ETA. Once they arrived, they got right to work and finished the job within the allotted time. They did a good job and were professional. Communication was the only problem so they need to update their contact info ASAP. Otherwise, everything would have been rated 5 stars.

The supervisor had the workers dump things where ever he wanted things. Took things apart. Did not put things where requested. Lost hundreds of dollars of food. People at storage unit asked that they move things to the side. The supervisor ignored the request. With how the supervisor had things placed, was not able to put things away or get to much of things. his workers were better than the supervisor. One worker was better than the others.
