Orlando and White Glove Moving were an absolute JOY to work with. From the first time I signed up for their service, they immediately contacted me and stayed in regular contact (unlike my packers, who I had to contact). Totally professional, wonderful communication. They immediately confirmed they were ok when I changed my delivery date. And when they showed up, on time, to pick up my box from U-haul the first time, U-haul COULDN'T FIND IT, and their system was down. They had driven a great distance to get there (when U-haul told them the box would be ready), just to be told my box was not available. And what do they do? They text me and APOLOGIZE for the delay, for something that was out of their control. They graciously agreed to reschedule when U-haul could locate my box. My box was found (!), and was delivered a week late. Orlando-White Glove delivered and unpacked the box then - friendly, helpful, quick. I STRONGLY recommend White Glove Moving.
