They were incredible from start to finish. Very patient with me too. I was already tired and overworked and they showed up, kind, caring, human, and ready to help. I expected decent help but they went way beyond that. Every part of the move felt smoother because they were always one step ahead, lifting stress off my shoulders before I could even say anything. They handled my stuff with real care, checked in on what I needed, and somehow made a chaotic day feel comfortable. No attitude, no confusion, just solid people who knew what they were doing and actually cared about doing it right. I’m honestly grateful because they made a situation I was dreading feel easy. If you want a team that shows up, works hard, and treats you like a human instead of a chore, these are your people. This team was an answered prayer and I am grateful for those 2 gentlemen. They are a new company so I wanted to give them a shot but they really need to work on their packing skills. Things got broken because of the way that the moving truck was packed. I specifically requested stuff going to storage goes in first was written all over the boxes and explained to them in great detail that all the larger items were also going to storage, & what things that needed to go in last because they were not. Pretty much everything that was to be seperate was already separated by my sister and I. That was not done with some things so therefore I could not leave them at the location in California that I will be staying at for a while and my other stuff was going to Arizona for storage. Since I am returning via airplane I cannot take those things with me. I'm truly more upset about my antique stuff my lamp shade I'm hoping I can fix & my picture that I have to pay to get reglassed. I believe in giving new companies a start. Very nice men. But cost me more money.
