They were essentially 1 hour 45 minutes late to arrive for our load job. Because U-Haul was late getting our truck, I called the movers to say we’re running 1 hour behind. Then he text me back to say they would be an additional 45 minutes late due to traffic. Really? They obviously didn’t plan their travel time well. They arrive 1 hour 45 minutes after our original start time. So much for their tip.

Fantastic experience. Showed up when they said they would and worked hard. The job was done in less than 2 hours and included 3 flights of stairs. Will definitely use this team again.

So my lock was not opening of my storage so we started moving the stuff after 2 hours but i still had to pay for the initial 2 hours because they said they were present.
